Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable which includes item(s) that are: No longer needed, Item(s) that "Do not match description", and items that arrived damaged in transit, but no damage to the contents inside.

If an item is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.

If the item(s) placed arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: help@sunshynenaturals.com. Emails will need to include your order number in the subject line, a brief description of the issue with your order, and a photo and or video of the item(s) received for verification purposes.

If it is decided that your product(s) are damaged, a replacement of the item(s) ordered, will be resent to the address listed when the order was placed at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of the seller, Sunshyne Naturals™) you will not be reissued a replacement or refund. ** Damaged/defective items include cracked jars and or bottles of any kind, or any malfunction with the caps on our products. It DOES NOT include color difference as the body care items being ordered are handmade products and may differ slightly in color once received.

INCORRECT ORDERS:
If the item(s) received are incorrect, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at: help@sunshynenaturals.com. Emails will need to include your order number in the subject line, the order confirmation email received when the order was placed, a brief description of the issue with your order, and a photo of the item(s) received for verification purposes.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS:
If you received your order and it's incomplete/missing items from the initial order placed, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at: help@sunshynenaturals.com.  Emails should include your order number in the subject line, the order confirmation email received when the order was placed along with the item(s) received for verification purposes.
