Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed, will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation, when your order is scanned in at the preferred shipping carrier's location. 
All packages will be shipped via the following carriers: USPS, UPS & DHL.
Packages should be delivered within 3-5 business days based on your Geographical location.
Business days are Monday- Friday, not including weekends & holidays.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address presented at checkout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have provided an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email at (help@sunshynenaturals.com).
If your order has not shipped, we will fix the issue and send your package to the correct address provided.
If your order has shipped to the incorrect address and is returned to us, we will reach out to inform you.  Please note: Additional shipping fees will be applied to have your order re-shipped to the correct address.
If your package is delivered to the incorrect address provided and is not returned to us, the item(s) in question WILL NOT be re-issued nor will we issue a refund.
Please pay close attention to the shipping address you enter at checkout!

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE(S)

Orders that are marked delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered.
Sunshyne Naturals™ is not responsible, nor will we issue a refund for any lost, or stolen package(s) once your tracking status changes to “delivered”. If your tracking status changes to “delivered” and you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier your package was shipped through and provide them with your tracking number to resolve. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
When placing an order from Sunshyne Naturals™, you accept that you may incur IMPORT TAX/DUTY fees for products transported across international borders upon arrival to your post office location. We WILL NOT issue a refund for refusal of package due to these fees, or for packages that are lost oversees. Please contact the shipping carrier and provide them with the tracking number to resolve.  Also, please note: In most cases, packages may take a month or more to arrive based on your Geographical location.
